Atlanta Functional Medicine is excited to offer a Loyalty Rewards Program for our customers! We appreciate you being part of our health family and created this program to give loyal customers the opportunity for additional savings! It is our way of saying "Thank You!"

How does the AFM Rewards Program work?
The AFM Loyalty Rewards Program is designed to reward customers who are active members of the AFM family! Customers earn points in a number of ways and then can spend them on future purchases of our products!

Does it cost anything to belong to the AFM Rewards Program?
No cost at all! Just sign up and start earning points and saving money!

How do I earn points?
You can earn points by purchasing products as well as completing a number of activities.

How do I redeem points?
Click the Rewards button on the lower right-hand corner of any AFM store page to be taken to your Rewards homepage (please remember to login!). There, you can choose to redeem your points.

Do my points expire?
Yes. AFM Reward points are eligible for redemption up to twelve (12) months from the date they are originally earned. Please make sure you spend your Loyalty Reward points within the twelve (12) month active period in order to fully get the benefits of our program.

Can I see how many AFM Rewards points I have?
Click on the Rewards button on the lower right-hand corner of any AFM store page and select the Home tab to see your current point balance.

What happens if I cancel or return an order?
AFM Reward points associated with any orders that are canceled will be deducted from your Loyalty Rewards account.

What if I have a problem or think I didn't receive points I earned?
Contact us at supplements@atlantafunctionalmedicine.com and we will work to resolve your issue!
