Refund policy

Atlanta Functional Medicine has a 7-day return policy. The customer will have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen and unexpired, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is needed.

To request a return, contact us at supplements@atlantafunctionalmedicine.com. If the return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to the email on your account, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages / Issues
Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any damages or issues with an order will be evaluated and corrected.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns on sale items or gift cards cannot be accepted.


Exchanges
To ensure an accurate exchange, it is recommended to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the return, you will be notified of a refund approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
