Collagen & Silicon
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body, comprising almost one-fourth of total body protein. It is also the most copious component of the extracellular matrix (ECM), a
foundational structural component of connective tissue in bones, tendons, ligaments, hair, skin, cartilage, intervertebral discs, muscles, and even blood vessels.1,2 Some tissues have
